Waterlin Coffee Bar & Bistro, the restaurant in the new Delta by Marriott hotel in Menomonee Falls, is opening in October, its operators say. The restaurant, in the former Radisson Hotel, N88-W14750 Main St., originally was expected to debut in summer, but construction delays pushed back the opening, a spokeswoman said. It will have an all-day menu, and it will brew with beans from Milwaukee roaster Stone Creek at its coffee bar.
